The secret of constant thanks
given to the Triune God
is found in a simple
life habit.

 Ephesians 5:15-20
Amplified Bible

Look carefully then how you walk!
Live purposefully and worthily and accurately,
not as the unwise and witless,
but as wise (sensible, intelligent people),

Then Paul tell us how to live in this careful way!
It has to do with the use of time.

Making the very most of the time
[buying up each opportunity]
because the days are evil.

Therefore do not be vague and
thoughtless and foolish,
but understanding and firmly grasping
what the will of the Lord is.
 

God's will is known within the framework of time,
Time consists of single minutes and solitary days,
Years are simply minutes that passed by and added up.
