I won't often put my personal experiences on the website. These are just the thoughts and musings of my heart with the Lord as the year ends. I believe He wants me to share them with my brothers and sisters around the world.

Never has mankind faced a new year of such unknowns. Never has mankind faced as an entire world, our vulnerability and the precarious position of our world: its economy, its safety. And this is merely REALITY. That uncertainty has always been there. Our security in the world and in our nations has always been a false trust.
God is our security. In God we trust! May our nation return to that simple base. In God we trust.

Our idols will be revealed. Our trusts will be shaken. Our altars, shattered. Maybe not on January l, but in the coming months of this strange year, we will find out - perhaps as an entire world - who our God is. Who the REAL God is!

1999 has been one of the most painful and difficult of my life, yet very rich and extravagant in the Lord's arrangement. He has poured out blessings in my desert! A new book, (the book of my heart) a new website, new brothers and sisters. Much has died this year and much has come to life. And that is how vital life looks: death and resurrection.

I believe that the year 2000 will be the most exciting year any of us have ever lived, only so for believers. I have personally experienced that in the midst of the fiery judgment of those around you, God can throw you a lavish party.

This year, God has prepared each person for Y2K. His preparation has been spiritual and perhaps unrecognized. The wealth we need for 2000 lies in two issues.

First, relationship with God. This year I have experienced as I have in every year of my journey, God's extreme jealousy. His name is Jealous. It is not an attribute but His identity. He wants us for Himself. We were created for Him. All other relationships and roles are entirely secondary. If the center of life isn't relationship with Him, all other matters are warped. The wheel won't turn. He is the Hub, not one of many Spokes.

If, in this year of 1999,
you have had difficulty in relationships, you have met His jealousy.
Jesus would be your love, your source.

If you have experienced loss, you have met His jealousy.
God the Father is jealous to be your supply.

If you have seen the collapse of joy in life, you have encountered His jealousy.
God is to be your JOY, your delight.

If you have suffered thirst, you have seen His jealousy.
The Holy Spirit is your Water. The Lord Jesus is your Food.

If you have failed, if you have sinned, you have seen His jealousy.
Christ is your practical Righteousness.

The first issue is RELATIONSHIP WITH THE LORD.
The second issue is the BLOOD OF CHRIST.

Recently, I said to the Father, "I want to come right into Your throne room."
And He answered clearly, "You can only come into My Presence if you are completely covered with the Blood. You cannot enter if you have any sin on you."

And His understanding came to me through His words. If any sin or failure is not settled (in my conscience) by His blood, then that sin is present on me and in me. I am conscious of that sin and my Holy God cannot bear my presence. "He is of purer eyes than to behold evil."

So my hope, my faith must be in the Holy Blood of Jesus. I dare not fail to believe that it is the answer or I will lose the presence of the Father and all the benefits of His Presence.

This year, as I prayed for someone who is greatly anointed for the entire world, I saw her robed in a cape to the ground, with only her head showing. The cape was entirely of Red Blood. It was somehow alive, pulsating and throbbing like blood vessels do. And it was constantly flowing, dripping with fresh Blood.
I saw that her whole being was robed in Blood, all her sin covered, and that was in large part, the explanation of the great anointing she enjoys.

The blood of Jesus paid for the sins of the whole world, past and future. And that is my own personal payment. The Blood of Jesus is the answer before God and it satisfies Him. I must let it be my only answer and I must rest in God's satisfaction by His Son's Blood.

As the year closes, the Lord has highlighted these scriptures:
This scripture has been a dear dwelling place for years, but it has new meaning for 2000.

Matthew 6:19-34 "Do not worry about your life, what you will eat or drink: or about your body what you will wear.
For the pagans run after these things, and your heavenly Father knows that you need them. But seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow . . . ."

This entire Psalm is a precious promise to me and I give it to you.
I quote only a verse.
Psalm 84 For the Lord is a sun and shield;
the Lord bestows favor and honor, no good thing does he withhold from those whose walk is blameless.
O Lord Almighty, blessed is the man who trusts in you.

A walk can be blameless only under the blood for its sins
and in the Indwelling of Jesus Christ as its
only source of life and character.
"For me to live is Christ."

All of God's gifts have been secured for us by the Blood of His Son.
His commitment to us is total and sealed by that Holy Blood.

So I encourage you in the Lord and in His blood.
Let 1999 end with the past solved and covered with the Blood of Jesus.
Forget (through the blood) as Paul did, all that is past. Be open for a new revelation of your God and an entirely new life in the year 2000!

Dearest Good Father,
I pray that we will know Your Presence, Your Holiness, by the experience of Your Fiery Love in this coming year as never before. I thank you for all the things you killed in '99, for all You exposed in our lives. I praise You for Your perfect preparation for 2000 in the lives of Your Children. I praise you for the Perfect Provision of the Blood of Your Beloved Son.
We end the year praising You, glorifying You and exalting your Name.
Hallelujah! Glory to God! Amen and Amen!!

"Yes, I am coming soon."

Amen. Come, Lord Jesus.
The grace of the Lord Jesus be with God's people. Amen.
